OLI welcomes their lead chemist!

We're excited to welcome Dr. Max Jacobson as OLI's new Lead Chemist!

Dr. Jacobson joins us from Ethicon (Johnson & Johnson), where he led advanced polymer development for implantable surgical products. A former colleague and trusted collaborator, he brings deep expertise in polymer chemistry, materials science, and medical device development.

At OLI, Max will lead the optimization and scale-up of our core sorbent platform, a critical part of our mission to redefine what’s possible in portable dialysis. We’re thrilled to have him on board as we continue advancing the future of kidney care.
